Coming Up on 'Lost': 'Eggtown'

The 4th episode of Lost season 4 airs tonight at 9 p.m. on ABC.

In the previews of “Eggtown” we see Locke serving food to Ben. The food plate consists of cooked eggs. Perhaps the reason for the title.
I’m thinking the title has a bigger meaning (possibly having to do with Kate), and the other eggs were added in after as kind of a double meaning.
Are you referring to her ovaries?
I’m curious if her tete-e-tete with Sawyer got her pregged.
