Two Groups of Others?

In the Lost Forums, Sue posted her theory on the Others. "I've been wondering if there might be more than one group of Others. I'm thinking maybe the bearded guy and Ethan were from one group of Others (sinister Others), and that maybe there is another group of Others (jungle Others) which perhaps were escapees from the sinister Others. These jungle Others are the ones who Jin and Eko saw moving through the jungle (we only saw their legs and a teddy bear). We know Alex helped Claire escape the sinister Others, so maybe she helped the jungle Others, too. What if the jungle Others were taking children from the Tailies to try to protect them from the sinister Others?"
