Mild 'Lost' Spoiler

Tuesday August 19, 2008
William Blanchette, who first appeared on Lost in season 2 as baby Aaron and then returned in season 4 as toddler Aaron in Jack's flash-forward, will return again in season 5 as toddler Aaron.

The hope is that he'll look basically the same even though it will be months (up to a year) after he was last seen.

So it looks like we'll be seeing more from the time when Jack started going downhill in the future.

'Lost' Season 5 Shooting Starts Today!

Monday August 18, 2008
After a long break, our favorite actors are back on the island. Many sets have been designed and trucks loaded for on-location shootings. The first few scripts have been written and revised. The actors have returned to their island homes or hotels and met with make-up and wardrobe consultants. Some have had discussions with the directors and they've even been given a script, at least a script of their parts.

The actors and crew seem happy to be back to work and I'm happy that filming has begun! Too bad we have to wait so long to see the work that is happening today.

Lost will return in late January or early February, with many of the 17 episodes already being completed.

Matthew Fox Gets A Raise

Friday August 15, 2008
It's official, Matthew Fox (Jack) has secured a deal to make $225,000 an episode, raised from his measly $150,000 per episode.

No word yet on whether the same holds true for Evangeline Lilly (Kate). Both stars were in negotiations and as the rest of the cast found out, many of them began to negotiate as well.

At first this seemed like a lot to me. I mean, $225,000 for a week's work? But then I heard that the Desperate Housewives are making $225,000 per episode and I say give the man another raise!

I love those ladies of Wisteria Lane, but Lost is very demanding!

'Lost' and the Emmy Awards

Thursday August 14, 2008
Lost has sure had a lot of ups and downs when it comes to the Emmy's. I'm predicting that this year is going to be an up year. While I do think there were some

Lost Emmy Misses, I am excited to see that we got eight nominations!

Best of all, we (I can say, we, right? We're all part of the Lost phenomenon) got nominated for the biggie, Outstanding Drama Series, which we won in 2005 and then haven't been nominated for since. Even if we don't win, it's enough just to be nominated (well, maybe not. We want a win!).

The award show airs September 21st at 8 p.m. on ABC.
